We are two motivated individuals with a desire to see our youth succeed.  We want to mentor them throughout their middle/high school, prepare them  for  acquiring admissions into the top competitive University programs and counsel them for each career path they want to achieve. 

The Young Bright Scholars program is a unique program which provides home based services to parents to get involved with their children and enhance their schooling  at home. Not everyone is fortunate to have a private school education, we are trying to fulfill the role of a personal guidance counselor.  This program motivates parents to make a better tomorrow for their children. Helping our children become a strong member of the society requires parental involvement with their child’s  education, health, safety, growth and development, psychological, sociological, and mental health issues.

We created YBS four  years ago to strengthen our children.  Being first generation, we didn’t have available to us certain resources to help us through the American educational system.  We always had our parents’ support but they did not know the system here, the admissions processes for college and were limited. We relied on guidance counselors and teachers to help us get into college. 

We do not want you to be in the same situation, not all people you come across in life are encouraging.   Our ultimate goal is to provide role models for you, our children to make YOU succeed in college, a career, life and ultimately become strong members of the society.

We are taught to learn from our past and look to the future.  Our body is very simple, it listens to whatever our mind says. If our mind says we can do it, our body figures out a way to do it.  We say cant do something, our body shuts down.  It’s all about training our minds to be mentally strong.  Its about thinking about our future now, and molding ourselves to fit into and become part of the future we want for us. 

As long as we have the will power to do good and go far, everything in the universe starts working towards making you fulfill that goal.  Just your actions of preparing yourself shows us  you have the desire and will power to succeed in school and life.
