Young Bright Scholars was created in 2007.  We took a small group of children as a test group and entered them into our program.  We have had tremendous success in terms of grades, school involvement and community service.

We have annual meetings, where we award the children for their efforts in school and in the community.  We provide mentorship to the parents and children throughout the year.

This year, we had children competing for the Young Bright Scholars All Around Achievement award.  Children who had created their own websites, children who received academic awards from President Obama, children who had their poetry published were among the few who were competing for this award.
